What if the artist cancels?
In the rare case an artist cancels a confirmed booking, we issue a full refund — including your deposit — and help you find an alternative.
Are payments secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. We never store your full card number.
How do I become an artist or vendor?
Click "List Your Services" on the homepage or go to /register/artist or /register/vendor. We review every application before approval.
