This page explains how to request deletion of your MusicYaa account and the personal data associated with it. MusicYaa ("we", "us", or "our") operates the MusicYaa mobile application and the website musicyaa.com.
You can delete your account instantly from inside the MusicYaa app, or send us a deletion request by email. Both options are described below.
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the MusicYaa app:
Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out. Your personal data is then removed as described below, except for records we are legally required to keep.
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing privacy@musicyaa.com from the email address associated with your MusicYaa account. Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
We will verify your identity and complete your request within 30 days.
When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize the personal data we hold about you, including:
Certain records must be retained after account deletion to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations. These records are kept only for the periods shown below, are not used to re-create your account, and are securely deleted or anonymized once they are no longer required.
