The commercial tier of MusicYaa, for venues, promoters, festivals, and presenters who book talent for a living.
Twelve calls. Six maybes.
Three flakes.
Or: one roster, one invoice, one guarantee.
Each act on the commercial roster posts a commercial rate and a minimum-hour floor on their profile. Book a 45-minute slot against a two-hour minimum, you pay for two. No load-in haggling, no quote-shopping after the deal sheet is signed.
Pay a 20% deposit when you book — that locks the date and signals the act. The remaining 80% is due on the day of the event, paid the same way as the deposit (card or ACH). No invoicing, no credit terms, no waiting on AP. Both sides know exactly when money moves.
If a booked act cancels or no-shows, we work the local roster and lock in a comparable group at the original rate. If we can't fill the slot inside our coverage cap, you're refunded in full plus a $200 platform credit. Same policy as the consumer tier, no upcharge for commercial.
Send the date, room, slot length, and budget through the offer form. The system surfaces roster acts that match your genre and rate floor in your city.
Acts respond directly through the platform. Hold calendars are live, offer-stage holds are tracked, and status updates land in your dashboard without an email thread.
Standardized commercial deal sheet: rate, minimum hours, load-in, set length, rider, cancellation tier. Both sides sign in the platform. No PDFs floating around inboxes.
Act performs. You pay the 80% balance on the day of the event. Reviews land in their profile. Repeat acts move to your saved roster for one-click rebooking.
Roster grows weekly. New cities and genres added on demand from approved buyers — if your room books a sound we don't carry yet, tell us and we'll source it.
The actual rules. No ten-page PDF.
Rates and minimums are artist-set.
The platform does not floor-set commercial rates or minimums. Each act posts what they post; market dynamics handle the rest. You see both numbers before you submit an offer.
The replacement guarantee carries through to commercial.
No upcharge, no separate coverage tier. Coverage cap is $500 over your original quote, same as consumer. If the substitute costs more than that to land, we refund instead.
20% deposit at booking, 80% on the event date.
The deposit secures the date and is paid by card or ACH at booking. The 80% balance is due on the day of the event, paid the same way. No invoicing, no credit terms, no waiting. Cleared deposits are non-refundable except under the cancellation tiers and force majeure rules below.
Force majeure refunds the deposit in full.
Weather, permit denial, venue closure, and government-ordered shutdowns refund deposits regardless of cancellation timing. Buyer-cancel and act-cancel tiers otherwise mirror the consumer schedule on /terms.
Tips, tour buyouts, and merch splits are out of scope.
Negotiate those on the deal sheet directly with the act. The platform handles the booking, the rate, and the guarantee. Everything else is between you and the talent.
Pick a password, verify your email, and we'll review your account within 48 hours. Once approved, the full roster unlocks at commercial pricing.
